These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Centik’s website and services. By using Centik, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Centik provides AI receptionist and related setup, hosting, and support services for local service businesses. Plan features, included minutes, and pricing are described on centik.ai and at checkout.

Accounts and payments

Fees are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Setup fees are one-time unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled with the notice period described on the site (typically 30 days). You are responsible for accurate billing information.

Acceptable use

You may not use Centik for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive communications, or in violation of carrier or messaging rules. You must have proper consent before using our tools to contact your customers.

SMS program terms

If you opt in to Centik texts, you may receive account, reminder, and service-update messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every call will convert into a booked job. AI responses may be imperfect; you remain responsible for your business’s communications and compliance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centik’s total liability arising from these Terms or the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
