Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. We forward your line to the assistant — all the time, or only after hours and when you're already on a call. Your choice.
What if it can't answer something?
It takes a detailed message and alerts you immediately, or transfers the caller to you or a team member if it's urgent. We set those rules together during setup, based on how your business actually runs.
How long until it's live?
Usually about a week. Most of that is us learning your business properly and testing the assistant. We won't put it on your real line until you've heard it and approved it.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. Starter has no setup fee. Growth has a one-time setup that covers building your website and your assistant around your business.
Do I have to get on a sales call?

What does Growth do for my Google Business Profile and reviews?
We manage your Google Business Profile for you, so it stays accurate and you don't have to keep logging in. We also keep watch on your Google reviews and send you an alert when a new one comes in, so you can reply while it's fresh.
